The treatment program that is best suited for the patient will be determined after a thorough initial patient evaluation and assessment. The staff members at Outside In will also work with the patient's insurance company in order to determine what is covered under their medical plan.

Sad Ive been working for 15 years Been homeless for 15 years I dont have any drug problems I dont have any felonies Yet i still have never been able to afford healthcare. I work low paying jobs until just recently They have always helped me get anti biotics when i was really sick. Thank you so much for not burdening me with more debts. Which is a constant thing in america. Obviously if i come here its because i make under 30k a year. Just saying After taxes I get enough money to get bye. Lower oregon personal income taxes and medicad and social security. Social security wont even be around by the time i want to retire anyways and yet o have to put money into the trash. Don't trust the state for anything Not foodstamps Not unemployment Nothing I wouldnt trust the state to walk a dog Was my windows Nothing And i mean absoultely nothing.

Outside In is a tremendous help to the poor and disenfranchised, homeless and GLBTQ populations of Portland. Their health clinic offers general health care, safe needle exchange, acupuncture, and Chiropractic at (low or) no cost. I have used the Chiropractic Services provided by Western States Chiropractic University, and they are wonderful!

Greatful to have Bill and Melinda Gates donations for free medical care for the uninsured and/or less fortunate. Blessed to have a team to help my newly adopted daughter through one of the hardest procedures one could go through.

Excellent resources. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, this is one of the few places I've been that welcome all people regardless of age, sexuality, color, race, religion, nationality, gender, fetish, or if you have a drug/alcohol problems. On site are mental health counselors, OHP experts and an on site pharmacy. My thanks and admiration go out to all the employees and volunteers.

A great place for people who need assistance but have a low or no income.

As a trans woman, I can say that they are an extremely good, trans-friendly clinic. Each time I've gone, they've also had me fill out a mental health questionnaire, and gave me a chance to speak with a mental health specialist, which was very helpful when I was having problems. The appointments are always on time, and I've never had to wait longer. Moreover I've seen their staff treat clients with a *lot* of patience and courteousness, even when the clients were being outwardly very difficult. This is a fantastic clinic. Would recommend it to anyone.

This place is amazing, the only downside is they are not open on the weekends but that is fine. They take care of everything you could need and have an in house pharmacy. They are very nice, and so helpful!

This place is Portland through and through; when I think about what Portland is, what the people who ARE Portland strive for it to become, what Portland strives to become, I think of Outside In. Outside In has been a necessity and they literally save lives every day. Every single day. If I could put ten stars I would. There is not enough I can say about this place and its programs, it's deep roots into Portland culture and community: from the live from nowhere compilation Elliott Smiths last recorded singles were part of as a benefit to outside in, to its needle exchange and there revolutionizing the business of saving lives by teaching NArcan classes and giving the men's out so people don't die; I LOVE you guys and I appreciate all of your hardwork
