my father started this program back in 1970. back than out reach work meant to go out on the streets of pdx and talk to the people who needed the most help the ones who were so drunk and could barely walk or talk my dad would offer them strong java and tell them about a new way of life.. thats what out reach work is all about.iloveyou dad .Alfred Leo Smith.Marisha "Al"een Smith.

I went to inpatient. I'm pretty sure this is the outpatient. Both programs are awesome. It is not just for Native Americans. All races are welcome wit open arms.
